Don’t Waste Your Money On This Junk
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
As an avid crafter, I bought this product and had no issues with it…at first. In fact, I made many window clings with absolute luck and continued to make them for about a year. That’s when I decided I would buy a mass amount of product, over $100 worth, and make the perfect Christmas gift for friends and family. That was my first mistake. Not only did every single one of the window clings dry into a hard mass, forcing me to throw out the window clings I had spent hours upon hours on, as well as the equally expensive leading blanks, but the company is a nightmare when it comes to customer service.
Let me add that when making the mass amount of clings, I did nothing different than I had when I had first started making them the year prior. I don’t know if the product cheapened in the year since I had begun making them, but it certainly didn’t perform like it had before. One thing you need to know about the clings is that they take around three hours per dozen to make. This can vary depending on the size of the cling, but I found that to be around average. So, needless to say, I wasted a lot of time. Then, to top it off, I came to realize that after awhile, the clings begin to rip and tear at the seams no matter how careful you are with them, and soon enough you find yourself throwing them out just because you wanted to take them off to properly wash a window.
As far as customer service, as I mentioned before, they are a nightmare to work with, basically because they are an elusive creature that claims it exists, but really doesn’t. They run a phone line from 8 to 5 on weekdays. How many people are actually home during those hours and not at work, or going about their daily lives, to call? And if you are home, good luck, because there must be three whole people manning the phone lines. I also tried to e-mail them, as, because of their hours, that was most convenient for me, only to get a stock response to call them. This tells me no one actually mans their e-mails. They just pretend to have e-mail service, only to send you a stock response on a no-reply e-mail address to make it seem like they’re actually helping you.
Bottom line, their clings are pretty when the product works. Don’t put yourself through the hassle or aggravation for an inconsistent product. I’m now out over $100 because of this “great” company.

My sun catchers needed some touch up, the paint set is very nice with a wide variety of colors. But is not easy to work with, I needed more than one coat.
